Someone from this office calls almost every day, sometime twice a day (woman in the morning, man in the afternoon), asking for our CEO by name - who won't take their calls until he knows who they are and what they want. I offer to take a message; they always say they'll call late...which they do. I've asked if this is a solicitation. Their reply, "This is just a courtesy call." Well, then tell me who you are and what you want.
