203-429-#### prefix lists as from Westport CT. USA. Seems that someone has manipulated the caller ID text to show as "INTL, NUMBER". Not sure that it is an international caller; but could be some kind of local forwarding number. I read somewhere that people who have phone service over IP (VOIP)--such as, thru their computer not the phone company switch, have the ability to use software to make their callerID text say anything. FCC where are you when we need you?
