Who called from 2034333056

I've been receiving at least one call every day for the last week from this number. Usually a recording announces "this is a simple test for answering machines." Apparently, if a real person answers often enough they call again to give you their schpiel. Legitimate business or no: this is not the type of practice that would encourage me to deal with them.

Lately, that number has been calling me every day during different times of the day. It just hangs up - no message. I even received a call around 8:15pm this week.

Called 1949 local on 12/28 and 1044 local on 1/2.  May have called at other times this past week, as well.  Never leaves message.

this was a call from an energy supplier asking you to use them with Connecticut Light and Power.
