Same message as Eric, above. "Rachael" sounds convincing, too.  Apparently a way to get SSN and DOB information for the price of a phone call. Very clever

Yes, I received the same message as Eric also today.  Rachel said that the "203" number is a toll free call - and that is what made me a little suspicious.  Thanks everyone for posting here.  I actually did apply for health insurance on-line a few days ago, so at first I thought it was a legitimate call.  After reading everyone else's posts - I now know it is just another telemarketer.

Received a message from Rachel at 203-437-4275. Same MO as all above-I had been pre-approved on an application for Health Insurance online from the Health enrollment center. I never applied online for health insurance. I have it through my employer. Stop them already...it's annoying and illegal-I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry.

I also received the same phone call and a Rachael. Almost called because I just changed insurances. Thanks for all the posts.
