The CID says "Yale New Haven" [the hospital]. The message was "you have been selected to receive a free monitoring device so you can enjoy your independence". I pressed "1" to get a live person and asked why they were using a spoofed ID. A young lady said "yes sir - if you know it's spoofed why did you press 1?" After I told her she was pond scum, she hung up.
