HOLY HELL she's back !!!!! "Rachel from cardmember services" has risen from the dead yet again to entertain us with her decades old "lower your credit card rates" scam. It's even the same damn voice recording as it was twenty years ago! What is she a damn vampire....the FTC can't kill her....she keeps rising from the feces of scumbag criminal hell to inflict her 20 year old original scam recording on us. Sorry "Rachel"
