Said his name was Matt Ross at SMS, asked for the owner by name. When asked what the call was about, said "Business Development, following up on a meeting." But my boss has never heard of this guy. Wouldn't leave a message or a number, said he'd be in and out all day so would just call back.
Definitely can hear a call center in the background. 1st time they called asking for the owner of the company by a nickname he doesn't use and said they were from SMS, which agrees with the caller ID. Today they called again but said they were calling from Pam Herring's office.
Got a call from Rick at SMS asking for the owner by name (same as above). When asked what the call is in regard to he said - "To see if we have mutual ground to do business".

I received a call from this number for my boss, who was not in the office. When I asked if I could take a message because he was not in, the caller goes, "Yeah, this..." and hangs up. REALLY! How rude could you be.
