AT 4:03 p.m. on 1-27-16 my phone rang, I answered it and a recording began:
An un-named person called from 203-446-2981, the recorded message started with :
This is not a sales call and due to the recent law imposed by Obama about the requirment of having Life Insurance (not health insurance)
When I heard that, I hung up.
This seems to be nothing but the latest fraud scam trying to scare people into buying something (more like an identity theft ring)!!!
The caller ID said Ansonia/Drby, which in CT means Ansonia Derby.
I called the number back 20 minutes later, but the line is in use (busy).
People like this need to be reported to the state police and the FBI. No doubt it is just another ploy to defraud unsuspecting people with a scare tactic, using Obama as an excuse.

I would like to see people who start scams like this, prosecuted and put in jail for the next 20 years.
Same as the above, but I answered without saying anything, so I didn't hear any recording, and this tells me it's a voice activated recording, not worth listening to. Also, the caller ID is most likely spoofed, so no sense tracking it. Just don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.
