Received a call from this number minutes ago. I didn't catch the company name be she said she was calling to ask us three questions about coupons or something like that. When I told her that we were on the federal Do Not Call list, she apologized and said that she thought that list was for telephone solicitations only. I then asked for a supervisor, who did get on the line. I told him that we were on the Do Not Call list, to which he apologized and said he would put us on their "do not call" list, but that it could take up to 30 days to take effect. I said no, that we were already on the federal list, that it was his company's responsibility to get the federal list and scrub his company's list of DNC numbers and if I received another call from his company I would file a DNC complaint. I hung up as he gave me another "apology".
