They call constantly then hang up randomly with only 2-3 rings. Annoying because I have 18th missed calls from them.

I get the same phone calls. The man calling identified himself as police officer calling on behalf of police charity. I confronted the man as I didn't believe a single thing he said. From the phone call I could here few people in the room. I also got few names. It sounded like a house or office with few of them there. I called the Suffolk County Police Dept. 3rd Precinct. If you do get the same phone calls please call the police! The caller ID appears as ether Bay Shore, NY or V22714452100793. Could be internet based phone call but the IP is trackable.
have gotten calls from this number many times. sometimes you can't get through calling back, says disconnected, other times they answer as if they are different insurance companies and yet other times, they do not identify what they are when answering the phone.
It is a "boiler room" / telemarketing scam operation. No aliens dear cole, though I doubt you have heard of criminal phone operations or have important enough things such as a business or job to get done, in order to find these calls disruptive as some of us do, to trying to put food on our tables, and by honest means.
Legitimate insurance agencies and companies do not market this way, get a grip on reality yourself cole, instead of bashing excited people who are fed up with incessant disruptions and criminal activity being attempted on the masses via phone.
Caller id says HBW they don't leave a message. So much for being on the do not call list. my number is unpublished/unlisted, but someone got a hold of it, because I've been getting a lot of these calls lately at home.
