Never apply for a payday loan cause you have all kind of diferent people calling you all over the world, and the calls want stop they will keep callin eventho u tell them you dont want it i want to block them out but they call from 5 different# or more, they are very rude people
They call all day long, they are rude and have the adacity to get an attitude with you. The person they call for does not live here, yet they insist to continue harassing me. Mind you at all times of the day.
Got a call from "Officer" Tony Brown from the BCI, saying I would be arrested if I did not pay off an old pay day loan or make arrangements to do so. Unfortunately, I was so stupid (and scared) that I let him take $400 out with my debit card. Realized too late that my money was going to "Kansa Food Market, and cancelled my debit card.
He, too, had an extremely stong accent and called me at my work.
Boy, did I learn an expensive lesson. Does anyone know of any recourse we might have?
I got a call from RBS G CAP yesterday stating that the federal government has me on a listed where the grand money is floating around and I am gettin 7000.00 in to my account they told me to send 100.00 to an organisation and then it would be direct deposited into my account I look everything up and everything he said was true now I feel I lost my money I have no lights, and my son birthday is wed and i have already be hurt house broken into and now this.............what should I do
Adam, Dave, James, and the other charlatans at "USA Auto Loan Finance" and "US Auto Loan Finance" (you'd think they'd at least be consistent in what they call themselves!) call several times a day, usually about a car loan but sometimes about other debt and payday services. They have given 949-956-2412 as an alternate phone number.
I have had long conversations with one guy who has literally told me "we don't follow the [***]' law, man, I have a business to run."
They claim to be in California, usually in San Diego or Sacramento, but it's really SmashLeads Call Center in Ahmedabad, INDIA.
