Guy says he's from the "mediation department" at IMS, but refused to identify the company's location or what IMS stands for, stating, "it's just IMS, and we're in every state." These calls are harassment with no clear purpose.
call stating they are from IM Services regarding my complaint and that this matter must be handled today. leaves the following number to call back 931-572-5273. when calling that number back it states mediation services and recording mentions a summons to appear ( for starters summons are not given over the phone or via mail they are placed on your door by a sheriff deputy) or delivered via a court clerk nothing of which has been done. This is a bogus call I am sure.
Danbury, CT - I received call and they left a really bad computer generated message: "this is IM services we have made numerous attempts to contact you regarding your pending complaint......931-572-5273"
I don't have a pending complaint. This is the second such message left on my cell. I am not calling them back. I will just add it to my blocked calls.
