Keeps calling, no message. Have called in the past claiming there is a legal claim against my ssn. They threaten court but have yet to receive any court documents. These calls have been going on for over a year, so much for taking me to court!
They keep calling saying I have a payday loan and they will take me court. Never had a payday loan, also they are very rude. Won't give me any information on my "acct" with them. Told to send me to court or letter they say get a lawyer. Hmm idk what about this. They won't tell me their company name.
