I got the same message from this people who call their company as "Higher One" crazy indeed.

Not a very good idea to put your name and city in a post on an open forum.  Higher One is a bank that colleges use to process financial aid.

Same # (2034668711) called me and didn't leave a message. If it is indeed "HigherOne" card services, then that would explain it, since I overdrew my account recently. Therfore this call might imply, an inactivity for x amount of time until they start charging you a percent to keep it open, or an overdraw, and etc.
