They called me and told me that I might be arrested. And they would send two officials to help me to solve this problem and asked me to pay up to $4000!! They even said that they mailed me 2 documents about it...... I felt so confused and called IRS contact service, IRS told me that it must be a phone frame.
It just happened to me, same deal, same 2 documents, except it took a while for them to get to the part about the money, they are getting better by the day, they take a longer time to talk about the arrest, they don't mention what exactly you did, they only have whatever your online resume provided them with. They refuse to disclose any other information, because they don't have it. they claimed they sent me the documents but to the wrong address. They basically had me all worked up and only then the supervisor talked to me and he said I should go get some prepaid check and police will show up and scan the money off of it. Police won't show up obviously, the money will go through when you read the numbers off of the check to them.
