These guys have called about 7 to 8 times looking for an individual who has a different first name than mine but the same last name. When I told the individual on the line I wasn't Thomas Lambert he asked me if he lived there before. He then asked me if he was in the household and again I answered no. I don't know what they're searching for because they won't tell you. So I told the guy to take me off the list and he said he would. We'll see if this comes true.
keeps calling! I call back and get "Commonwealth Financial Services" and "NCC", but stays in call limbo and no one picks up. I have no idea who this is. The name is not even remotely familiar. We only have one credit card, so this has got to be some sort of scam...
Horrible update. There IS a Commonwealth Financial Network in Stamford (well, Monroe), CT, and also uses phone number (203) 487-9976. They are supposed to be the largest brokerage around. Equally massive would be Commonwealth Financial Systems, the debt collection agency hated and headquartered at 245 Main Street, Dickson City, PA 18519, whose phone number also is: (570) 347-1115. Not confusing...at all! If you have stock (you probably do, through your employer) AND debt (you must if you live in America), then it could be either one. For all we know, both are owned by the same people. (Odds are, however, that their persistence marks them as a collections agency.)
THESE JERKS ARE CALLING AND SOME RUDE [***] MAN ANSWERS THE PHONE THEN HE PLAYS HOLLORING GAMES.. DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM SOMEBODY.. WILL REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY...
I've had several calls from this number but haven't answered any of them. They don't leave messages. I recently added this number to my telephone call blocking feature which is a wonderful thing to have. Last month, my BF bought a phone for me that can block calls from any number. Its a Panasonic DECT 6.0. Well that's what it says on the phone anyway. It works really good for blocking calls. I had the ATT call blocking service which I found out is totally useless. It has never worked for me but maybe I'm not setting it up right or something, I don't know.

I also have had several calls from this number, I have difficulty walking and by the time I get to the phone no one is there. I tried calling the number on the ID but it tells me I have it wrong and the call can't be placed. My credit is fine so perhaps if its a collection agency they are randomly calling every phone # that has the same name as who they want. Still wish there was something that could be done to stop this.
