Past few weeks I get a recorded call with this same voice on the recording telling me that I have been named a respondent in a civil case in my area and I need to call and speak with a claim officer to verify my name and location, and Place of employment. Then the message starts telling me that I have a court date coming up on Wednesday and need to call before the court date to verify these things. Then after two weeks of that, the message now says that I will be served at my home or place of employment on my "scheduled date", and that prior to this undefined date I need to call the clamaints office at 877-771-6863 and verify my info with the claims officer. The number always shows up as 203-487-9979 on caller id, in the past they told me I needed to call 877-762-7518, always the same person's voice on the recording. I've never called back because it's obviously some kind of phishing scam., The message does not state named persons nor the company they are calling from.

Civil complaint been filed against me was the message left on my machine. Does not state the company they are calling from. Tells me to call the claimants office at 877-875-3094. My caller id shows 203-487-9979! So sick of these harassing phone calls. These are scamming messages. After 4 years of this ongoing crap I know this is just a another fake!
Annoyed & Fed up is my name and reporting another scamming number is my game! Between these 2 messages- just realized this is my running log from the same caller id number referencing 3 different 800's for the same company doing the harassment with in 3 month time frame!!!
