Same thing as everyone else. Periodic beeps indicating that the call was being recorded. Calling from "Seton." Wanted to talk to the "Safety Department." I told her I couldn't send her through without a specific contact and she hung up on me.
Received call from "Seaton" as well. The girl did not tell me the call was being recorded although I could hear these "beeps" as well. The 203 number provided on the caller ID is a spoofed number as I have received other calls to my personal line from another 203 line I recently reported to the FCC.
www.seaton.com and got a live representative on the chat feature and asked to remove my number xxx-xxx-xxxx from the call list. I hope it works.
I ordered one small item (safety goggles) from this company. Since then, I continue to receive catalogs frequently. This is the first call I have received from them, but didn't answer. I'm sure it is like those comments above, and they are following through with me to get me to order something else. If I need anything else, I found them the first time and can find them again, so no need to do all this "advertising" with me.
I received a call from this number. The caller id indicated the call was from "Steve St. John". The caller identified his company as Seton, wanting to verify our address. I asked what it was regarding and he stated that they provide our signage. LOL....We are a sign company! DENIED!
