unknown caller; has called with 3 different numbers;

I had a call from this number saying that í owed money from 2009 from a CC

Have received several calls indicating that I owe money to Key Bank. Called Key Bank and this is completely false

Received a message from this number on my cell to call an 877 # with a reference code.  Called the number and was told they were trying to collect on a credit card debt in my husbands name from 1999-2001.  First of all, the information they gave to me was in total violation of the privacy act since I am not on the account they claim to have. Second of all, my husband has NEVER had a credit card in his life. Third, they told me good luck because we would be getting sued to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars unless I set up a payment on the spot.  I told them have a nice day and hung up.
