P R MErchandising keeps calling, anyone know who this is?

They promised free carpet cleaning and knew someone I knew.

I get multiple calls from this phone number. They never leave a message.

The caller ID shows as:  Bridgeport CT

I don't know who they are or why they won't leave a voicemail. I am on the Do Not Call list. I am going to report this number since they call repeatedly.
