New variant on other phishing attempts: Text msg received from this number, claiming "your CARD" deactivated (false - it hasn't been) and instructing you to call a second local number. I received a text message from this number telling me to call a local number. The text message said that my credit card had been deactivated and to call that local number. It is not the number of my credit union, so I will not call it since I have read this message and also the message about the local number which was 254-304-2258.
