Called at 8:30 in the morning, we are retired and this call woke us up.  I did not answer, but I did look this number up and it is from Meriden Connecticut and a woman's name is attached to that number (which I won't put in).  Do telemarketers work from their own homes?  I never answered it and won't answer anymore long distance calls.  They call day and night sometimes 6 times a day disrupting our lives.  We are thinking about getting rid of our land lines, but we have had this number for 45 years.  Block one number and another one pops up.
