This is associated with one of those SCAMS where they are supposed to be Microsoft Reps to fix your computer. They operate under a lot of names, some are actual companies but they are not affiliated. But it appears they all trace back to a company called Zooz.com in New York. They maintain an answering service number in New York, but operate out of Israel numbers they use are
