I too had a very annoying call from this number. Same, barely spoke any english and didn't understand when I asked where she was calling from and what was her business. Not to mention it was Christmas Day (after 6pm)
BARELY understood or spoke english. Had to ask them 3 times if they were conducting a survey. Finally admitted yes. I asked him 5 times to remove us from his calling list.

Slightly Creepy - Difficult to understand woman confirming address of the business, and refusing to identify herself or reason for calling - and she then hung up
