I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I got similarly themed calls just as my father was in the hospital, dying, and I didn't know what to make of those, either. The messages they left said Urgent! Call us back! and their number was constantly busy. Turned out it was some outfit I'd never heard of seeking donations so they could take kids to the circus, or so they said.
I was out and when I returned the light on my recorder was flashing, indicating a call. I looked at the caller I.D. and it just said
ALERT
with the phone number1-203-580-0832.I have no idea who left it and I came on line, and it must be a first.I will not call this
number because it could be a scam, but since my wife just passed on 6-11, I don't know if it's legit and could be the bank, insurance co. or what ever.

Males voice on recorder "Don't hang up" and then "this is not a sales call"............then goes on to give some fake statistics about people falling etc.........pressed 1 and promptly got disconnected.

Got a call from this #. Didn't leave a message. Caller ID showed Greenwich, CT. The other day I got a call from
203-580-0829 also listed as Greenwich, CT. Apparently they are the same people.
