Who called from 2035834400

They asked for my height and weight but my dumb [***] friend that answered confirmed my name and birthday to them.  Fake insurance scam

the caller leave no message, I called back no answer. called twice by the same number again no message. Annoying to call twice.

I get a call from this # 203-583-4400 very frequent.  When one calls comes in, a second one follows.....I never answer.

The 203-583-4400 called me and said they are "Energy Solutions."  I said I am on the Do Not Call list and hung up.  I called back from my cell (my lad line charges for long distance) and asked to give them a number to put on THEIR Do Not Call List.  A woman answered twice and would not take my number and hung up both times.  The third time a man answered and said, "No, we will keep on calling you."  They all sounded Indian or middle eastern.  I reported to the submit a complaint form on the National Do Not Call Registry and called them back like 20 times (they actually answered) and swore at them.

Congratulations.  They now have 2 phone numbers where they can call and harass you.  You will get many more calls.

They are probably calling from India or Pakistan.  They are breaking US law, but they can't be caught because US police have no power there and scamming Americans is not against local law.
