Who called from 2035877809

They called and when I called back it was an automated message telling me they had a 100$ rebate card for me. Did not say which company or where they had gotten my number

I received 4 calls from 203 587 7809 sent all 4 to voicemail because the number was foreign to me.
Legit callers will leave a message, scammers will not  because the whole point of the call is to catch you off guard.

Second time this week they have called a PINGER number which is TEXT ONLY!!!! I don't even take calls on that number. I might have to change my PINGER yet again.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  Did not answer.
