Scam Call. Another scum lowlife bottom feeding piece of trash calling. They are in violation of the DNC.

Recorded message to lower your interest message.  Telemarketer.

Recorded message implies that caller is acting on behalf of receiver's credit card company and offers to lower rate before offer expires. The company does not identify itself, and a male with an Indian accent hangs up as soon as he is asked about the Do Not Call designation. I have received this call several times, from different area codes, and am  certain that the company does not represent anyone I do business with. I have also not been able to return calls or stay on the line long enough to ask questions.
