Recorded message implies that caller is acting on behalf of receiver's credit card company and offers to lower rate before offer expires. The company does not identify itself, and a male with an Indian accent hangs up as soon as he is asked about the Do Not Call designation. I have received this call several times, from different area codes, and am certain that the company does not represent anyone I do business with. I have also not been able to return calls or stay on the line long enough to ask questions.
