Received call on my cell phone. I picked up and no one said anything. I called back from another number and some woman answered saying "Hi, may I speak to...Thanks for returning the call" and then hung up. She clearly didn't know what she was supposed to be saying, then immediately hung up!

I called back from a land line. Someone came on the line and said they were having technical difficulties and to disregard the call. This area code and exchange are Greenwich Connecticut, yet the person who answered the phone sounded like they were from the South. - Spoofing??
