The [***] called and I could hear what sounded like someone on the other end but no one would speak.

I called this number back and a recording said it was Discount Power.  I waited and spoke to an operator who I told they had called several times and they were rude and inconsiderate by calling and hanging up .  I told her to take me off their call list and she said she would.  But, I'm already on the no call list!
