Who called from 2036809219

The caller asked for me(male voice), I asked who they were and he hung up.

The guy couldn't even get past the first syllable of my name. Than he hung up in defeat.

Left no message

They just called me, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. So much for being on the do not call list for over 10 years.
I just reported them to the National Do not call registry.

called -- asked if I was ("name")  and that they are in the neighborhood -- how do I heat my home...... When I asked where he was calling from he hung up?!
