Answer phone and it started ringing as if I was calling someone then disconnected

Same thing just happened to me. Answered the phone and it rang like I was calling them. I hung up

If you call it back, you get a busy signal constantly. It leaves no message. Who's number is this? Does anyone know??

they called me today and hanged up when i answered. i called back 6 times.  they answered and hanged up 2 times,(2) then busy,(3) answer hang up,(4) busy(5) then rang until verizon ended call due to ringing to long-which i never even knew existed(6)

just plain creepy

I have had the same problems with them as you all. I can't find out who they are either.
