They called me on my cell. I didn't answer. Their caller ID was Local Brand and they left a message on my cell which just said "update your google listing" it was 3 seconds long. They didn't give me a reason for their call, didn't state the persons name who was calling, and didn't give me a call back number. That's like 3 violations of the law. It was obviously a robot automatic messaging machine. I am so sick of these people harassing me pretending to be google trying to steal their money I wish I could sue them but I can't as they just use phone number spoofing, and fake locations of business and never ever tell you anything like their name or real company. I wish the FBI would just shut down these illegal harassing telemarketing firms but I bet their corrupt too and getting a share of the profits.:(
I own a DJ Web Site and this phone # 203-701-8762, is a sales guy trying to sell me a higher listing in Google Searches... Scam.... DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALL or you will forever be on their call list. They use a DAVOX call system and once you pick up the phone, you will be on their dialing list forever.....
Called claiming to be with Google. THEY ARE NOT! They are a marketing firm wanting to"update my information on google". We are up to our ears in customers, and our information is correct. It's been correct for years, and Miss Caitin dear, calling here day in and day out is annoying. Obviously to normal people if we don't answer, respond, or reply after the 3 millionth call to us we are quite obviously NOT INTERESTED!!!! So, now my dear Caitlin, everytime I will press 1 and give someone a piece of my mind. And, I do hope I have the unfortunate pleasure of telling you what I think yet again. You need to learn some manners.........

Hello so I found out some info about this number. It comes from a company called "Brand Local." Brand Local is a scamming company that offers SEO services and pretends to be google. They call to tell you to update your google listing an try and sell things you can get for free on google to small business owners.

Give the company a piece of your mind or pretend to be someone interested in their company and collect info from them so you can find out we're their from, who they are and sue them!!!! If many of us do this we may be able to get them to shut down!!!!!!
