Claim to be from dish network. They keep calling even though we've asked them to stop and we are on the national do not call list.

I believe this call was based out of India because I could not understand a word this man was saying. Every time I would ask him to repeat himself he would go "Oh god" and continue to talk English in his really bad Indian accent. Based on that kind of attitude who the hell would want to buy his product?
