I have a new cell phone and I have not given out the number to anyone yet. In the last few days, this number has called my cell phone 3 times. I called the number back from my home number. It sounded as if someone picked up the phone and hung it up right away.
My folks keep getting calls from somebody with the same caller ID: Rossi Ron Dba K. He kept insisting on coming over and cleaning their carpet for free. My Mom told him they don't have carpet (hardwood floors), so he wanted to do a free demo of upholstery cleaning. But he was so pushy about it, my parents were getting annoyed. I tried to call the number back, to find out the name of the company, and nobody answered the phone. You would think that a legitimate cleaning service would have somebody answer the phone, or that you would be able to leave a message. I just "Googled" the name, which led me to your message. Something strange is going on.
I found out the phone number(s) connected to the caller ID: Rossi Ron Dba K are somehow associated with Kirby Vacuum Cleaners. Just Google Kirby Vacuums and read all the consumer complaints.
