Who called from 2037478079

Its very odd because they don't use their name in the caller ID, and when my voicemail picks up the recording is in the middle so I have no idea where the call is coming from. Although it clearly is a health care provider. Very sloppy. I don't answer unknown callers to my cell phone so if this is really Cigna trying to reach me they need to be more transparent about it. When I was with Kaiser if they called using an unknown number, the voicemail message would state clearly that the call was from Kaiser and would give me a number to call back.

Cigna following up on a recent appointment

This is a scam. They ask for your date of birth. Block the number

It's Cigna. I have their health plan. They were doing a follow up on a recent doctors appointment.

I answered the first call. It was silent, then disconnected. I called the number back to find out which scam it could be and be removed from their list. Instead, I  heard the recording that is not a working number.
