Call placed, rings until answering machine engages - hang up with no message.

No message, called my cell.  ID says from Norwalk.

This number called me just now. What a douche

Showed as Norwalk, CT, missed call, no message left. I'm blocking it.

Received call from this unknown number.  I do not answer unknown numbers.  If someone really needs to talk to me, they would leave a voice mail.  No voice mail, so this number is now identified on my phone as DO NOT ANSWER.  I have received at least a dozen calls from unknown numbers in the past two weeks, which is very annoying.
