Got a number of calls, did a reverse lookup and it's listed as a place called "Homeland Security" at 36 Main St East Haven, CT 06512.
One call was simply cheesy hold music for a minute, in another I heard voices/ambient room sound in the background and what I want to say was a child in the background as well. I could be wrong about that last part, just trying to put as much detail down as possible.
