I live with a family member. She is an elderly woman who is in and out of the hospital and rehab due to a serious health problem. I have a half-sibling who is a sociopath. Our relative is not living at home right now and the sociopath is aware of that fact. However, the sociopath is calling the house trying to harass me and I will not answer the phone. I want these calls to stop. However, the phone bill is in the sociopath's name, not our relatives' name. The sociopath does not pay the bill; another family member who handles our relatives affairs does. How can I have these unwanted calls stopped when I don't have the account information?
