I tried looking up the number and got "Jordon Hemmeke, Pleasant View Ave, Rockford, Illinois"

I could not find another legitimate reference to the name Jordon(spelled with a d-O-n) Hemmeke, but I found that name leaving weird comments on weird international websites.
