Who called from 2037893100

In my opinion, the person making these phone calls is named Michael Debraccio who works at St. Raphael's Hospital in New Have CT. The main hospital number is 203 789 3000. Call Human Resources and report this loser. I doubt he'll do it again since everyone knows who he is. He is an employee there.

This call appeared on our missed call function of our phone.  It was listed at Hospital of St. Raphael and when you call the number back there's a recording that states "the number you have dialed is not in service at this time".

It was my doctor's office.  They left a voicemail and it is just a default number for their office from St. Raphael.

I got missed call from this number too, I thought my gradma in hospital, and this is why they call. To who ever calling - you are IDIOT !!!

It's St Raphael's Hospital and the purpose of the call is to remind you of an appointment. That's it.  Why are you all so angry about it?
