I'm on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't seem to make any difference to this unwanted caller. My question for the caller is: Which part of "Do Not Call" don't you understand?
All of the phones for my family (land and cell) have been registered with Do Not Call since 2006. This person called my Cell for crying out loud!!! then hung up.
