It goes right in to my fax machine and they still call 3 or 4 times a day.

Call asks for lady of the house, then goes directly to a recording stating this is Dan Kelly calling,.....
Called back number and it's saying that this is Veteran funding line.

this ppl wont stop the harassment even when you tell them you need help yourself I barely get by on ssi and they ask for a donation not what you can give but they have a set amount I ask them to send me the form and they said they cant send a form out with out a monetary commitment on my part he went as far as saying if he sent the form out and I dint reply they would lose money please if you were for real you would take whatever and not demand a set amount thanks but no thanks I cant afford it
Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states have different laws in regards to the calls, which can differ from the federal.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
