Who called from 2038631537

Keeps calling. I dont answer as it stinks with telemarketing scam filth. Anyone else getting this number?

They called twice today, I didn't answer, left no message.

They've called me at least  five times today, and five times yesterday. If it important they should leave a message. Put them on silent.

called 4 times so far this afternoon, when I answer, they hang up. When I don't answer, they do not leave a message on my answering machine.

Called four to five time a day to my 94 year old mother.  I called the number and now there is a voice message saying that this guys phone number was hacked and Verizon is looking into the problem.  He also leaves his email address if you have a message to leave him
