I have an appointment set up to fix my cable box. I believe though that their system needs some help it doesn't recognize the prompt to leave the message. Normally Optimum is very good... only shows that even they have technical difficulties.
Yep, it's the cable company with no caller ID. They called at 9:16 AM, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. They called back at 10:16, this time I did answer (figured they would keep calling every hour). A bot tells me I have an appointment tomorrow - I don't.

Why is is so difficult for Optimum to say Optimum in Caller ID? None of their numbers ever show Optimum in Caller ID. We complain about this constantly and they say is impossible. So we ignore their calls. Way to go Optimum!
