Just got a call from this phone number. The man had a heavy Indian accent and I could hear other telecallers in the background. He wanted to discuss my electric billing costs. I told him I'm on the no-call list and to never call here again and I hung the phone up. I dialed the number and an answering machine picked up 'You've reached the executive offices, please leave a message'. No company name is menetioned.
