I spoke to this person, he said he works for Capital Education and provides free referral services to start school. He said he got my info from web which I possibly filled out a form about schools in area I was searching for. He only confirmed my contact info and asked for age and year of HS diploma. He said their main office is in PA. When I told him that his number shows local number he said he is not sure why
I have been getting calls from this number several times a day for about a week...they do not leave a meassge...very annoying. I read another post about this being a help to find school. I am so glad that you called them to ask them who they were. Thank you very much!
