Man called asking for staff member who no longer worked here. Then he asked for by boss, and was told he was in a meeting. He asked when he could call back to speak with him. When I asked the company name, I could not understand it. All I could understand was "technology meeting". The man had a thick indian accent and spoke very softly.

Offshore call center, really thick foreign accent. Hardly intelligible. Caller asked for several persons no longer with the company. But only after I made them spell the names they were mangling so badly. When asked with what the call was regarding the response was worse than how they destroyed the names. I think it was same as for the AdminAsst above some sort of technology group meeting????
Perhaps being clearly understood is not a job requirement in their call center.
This gentleman calls constantly!!!! He can never really tell me what he wants. Once he gets ahold of a current employee’s name, he calls and calls and calls and calls. Interestingly enough, he never uses the dial by employee name option.
