Scam artists posing as "Motor Vehicle Services". When I asked these retards where they were located, they said California. Calling from a CT phone # though...hmmm. Unfortunately, they blocked me, because I was going to call them back at least 100 times driving to my destination which was 3 hours away. Here is the blocked call message:
"I am about to attempt an interasterisk exchange connection, to a demonstration server located at AGM. In order for this to work, you must already be connected to the internet. Please wait a moment while I attempt to make the connection".
It hangs up on you after that. Maybe someone can figure out who owns this service, or "server" that is handling their phone services.
