This isn't even a whole number. . .how can they leave that as a return number if you can not return the call? I didn't answer it, glad its a needed call that they can't leave a message for.
I have a number blocker on my cell and since this is not a number in my contacts it goes straight to voice mail. Leaves no message just a few seconds of frustrated breathing
